Spain implements Royal Decree on legal regime for payment services and institutions

Royal Decree 736/2019 of 20 December 2019 on the Spanish legal regime for payment services and payment institutions came into force on 25 December 2019. This new Royal Decree supplements the Royal Decree-Law 19/2018 of 23 November on payment services and other urgent financial measures as well as Spanish implementation of PSD2.
