Hogan Lovells advises Hayfin Capital on minority investment in Novétude Group

London, 14 May 2025 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Hayfin Capital, a leading investment firm, in its minority investment in Novétude Group, alongside majority shareholder Charterhouse Capital Partners.
Novétude Group is a European healthcare education platform which aims to meet the evolving needs of the healthcare sector, including in osteopathy, physiotherapy, sports and paramedical fields.
The Hogan Lovells team was led by Global Head of Private Equity and Funds and Co-head of Secondaries, Ed Harris with support from partner Cees Brouwer, senior associate Charlotte Monk, associate Olivia Wallwork, partner Jeremy Pickles and counsel Natalie Psaila.
