Hogan Lovells advises ICM Group on the issuance of two bonds for an overall amount of €25 million

Milan, 6 May 2025 - Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised - with two different teams (referred to as an “ethical wall”) - Banca Finint, as arranger, the investors and ICM S.p.A. (ICM) in the structuring of a transaction for the issuance of two bonds for an overall amount of €25 million by ICM, a leading company in the construction sector.
The proceeds from the issuance will be used by ICM to support the group's planned growth over the next three years with the launch of major PNRR projects.
The Hogan Lovells team that advised Banca Finint, as arranger, and the investors was led by partners Patrizio Messina and Sabrina Setini, and included senior associate Pietro Tirantello and associate Gabriele Ippolito, while the team led by partner Alessandro Accrocca, with associate Edoardo Minnetti and trainees Noemi Biagini and Riccardo Del Torto, assisted ICM.
