Hogan Lovells advises Finance parties on first pan-European financing of Technique Solaire, valued at €302 million
Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Finance parties, including Crédit Agricole Transitions et Energies, Société Générale and BPI France, La Banque Postale and the Caisses Régionales of Groupe Crédit Agricole, on the financing of a greenfield portfolio of 341 photovoltaic power plants in France, Spain and the Netherlands.
This first greenfield financing, for a total amount of €302 million, will enable Technique Solaire to finance the construction, maintenance and operation of its power plants.
Technique Solaire is an independent French renewable energy producer and the leader in photovoltaic roofing in France.
The cross-practices and cross-offices team from Hogan Lovells was led by partner Romain Marchand and included senior associate Noémie Lisbonis-Boyer and associate Jeangély Ampion-Liyono in Paris.
