30 April 2025 – The Recorder announced the finalists for the 2025 California Legal Awards.
The awards celebrate the achievements of lawyers based in the Golden State leading technology and innovation.
Our Northern California Tech M&A team comprising senior partners Rick Climan, Keith Flaum, Jane Ross and John Brockland, has been recognized as a finalist for the “Tech Industry Advisory Team of the Year”. The four of them have practiced together for a quarter of a century.
This powerhouse team of lawyers includes Jalpit Amin who is also recognized as a “Lawyers on the Fast Track” honoree.
Winners will be announced on June 25, 2025.
