Prepared comments on EPA’s hazardous waste generator and pharmaceutical waste rules for multiple retail clients and 11 industrial trade associations.
Drafted and advocated for amendments to California’s hazardous waste laws adopted by the California legislature that promotes reverse distribution of consumer products.
Advised BHP Navajo Coal Company before DoI and relevant congressional committees on securing federal approvals to continue reducing air emissions from Four Corners Power Plant.
