We represent strategic corporate venture capital investors (including corporations, corporate venture capital and captive venture capital fund in a corporation) on a broad range of venture transactions from start-up financing to late stage investments, including investments made in connection with simultaneously negotiated commercial transactions, in contemplation of a later joint venture or M&A transaction, or on a long-term stand-alone basis.
We understand that you may want to make earlier stage investments with a substantial equity stake and ability to influence the company, or you may prefer to make investments in more mature companies with a lower risk profile.
