Hélène de Cazotte assists clients across a wide range of sectors on all aspects of EU competition law. These cover multi-jurisdictional mergers, investigations, competition litigation, State aid as well as distribution law issues and antitrust compliance.
Before joining Hogan Lovells, Hélène practiced in law firms in Brussels and Paris, and gained experience working in particular for clients in the pharmaceutical, technology and telecom sectors.
