Katarzyna Debinska-Pietrzyk

Katarzyna Dębińska-Pietrzyk has many years of transaction experience in the real estate sector. During her more than 20 years’ professional practice she has carried out a number of significant M&A transactions on the Real Estate market in Poland. Before joining Hogan Lovells she was a partner responsible for the real estate practices in various international law firms.

Katarzyna focuses on issues related to the acquisition of real estates through transactions of purchase/sale of shares or assets, including portfolios or individual assets. She has specific experience in providing legal advice to Polish and foreign entities concerning investments in shopping centres and other commercial real estates. She advises investors, developers, and a number of funds operating on the Polish market.

Katarzyna Dębińska-Pietrzyk graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (2002), and the University of Texas in Austin (2001).
