Frank Polverino advises investment banks, financial institutions and government-sponsored enterprises on securitization and structured finance transactions including CMBS, credit risk transfers, structured mortgage and mezzanine loan participations, and other asset-backed financings.

His practice includes advising on public and private securitisations involving commercial and residential mortgage loans, utilising a range of structures including pass-through, debt and offshore transactions. He works with issuers, underwriters and loan sellers, and also advises on credit risk transfer transactions and risk-linked securities offerings.

Frank brings extensive experience across securitisation markets, providing commercially focused advice on complex and evolving transaction structures.
