As an associate in the Madrid Tax Group, Priscila has worked on a broad spectrum of tax matters that have provided her with the knowledge and experience to provide corporate tax advice in M&A, transactions, business restructurings and international tax planning. These insights to her clients’ business and operational models are the essence of her work in the Spanish Tax Disputes team, where she navigates complex tax discussions and litigation across all taxes, for both companies and individuals.

Since joining the firm, Priscila has advised clients on tax compliance in Spain, M&A transactions – both domestic and international – corporate reorganizations, financial transactions, and real estate transactions. She also has experience in conducting due diligence related to such transactions.

Priscila tackles tax controversy issues in proceedings with the State, regional and local tax administrations, and advocates for her clients before the courts of law.

With a passion for learning and a soft spot for new technologies in an area of complexity and constant change, Priscila understands the importance of keeping up with the latest developments in the field and is able to provide prompt and analytical reviews of the impact of such developments for her clients.

Representative experience

Advising payment service companies on compliance with tax obligations in Spain.
Ongoing assistance and tax advice in the acquisition of real estate and hotel assets by investment funds, including the corresponding due diligence processes and transaction documents.
Advising and procedural defense due to the regularization of the tax treatment of international payments.

Advising on tax incentives for the purchase of real estate assets in the Corredor del Henares area.

Advising insurance companies on the fulfillment of their tax obligations in Spain and in relation to the incorporation of permanent establishments.

Assisting in succession planning for family businesses, and advice on the transfer of shares in family businesses.
