Counsel Knowledge Lawyer for the UK real estate practice, Stella Bliss keeps clients and colleagues up to date on the real estate market and legal developments. With over 20 years' experience as a real estate lawyer, including many years acting for investors, developers, lenders and occupiers, Stella has a strong foundation on which she has built a practical and commercial role as Knowledge Counsel.
Stella works with the real estate team to develop the practice and share our thought leadership with the real estate market. She runs our highly popular Real Estate Academy programme, and works with the client teams to deliver relevant and timely training to clients. Stella keeps the practice up to date with upcoming changes to the legal landscape, with regular Horizon Scanners published both in the UK and globally.
