Formerly Head of the firm’s Fund Finance practice and Chair of the Finance Group, Wes has played a central role in building one of the market’s leading fund finance platforms. His experience spans hundreds of transactions, representing credit providers on both bilateral and syndicated facilities across the full spectrum of fund collateral structures, as well as advising fund sponsors and other alternative capital providers on fund-level financings.

Wes is widely recognized for his contribution to the development of the fund finance market and is a prominent voice in the industry. He is a regular author and speaker on fund finance topics, including as a contributor to the firm’s Fund Finance Friday publication and annual contributing editor to Fund Finance (also known as the “Pink Book”), the leading legal treatise for the fund finance industry; and is a frequent participant at leading industry forums.
