Margaux has strong skills in litigation techniques and procedural strategies. She has a solid understanding of business needs as well as economics and management skills which allow her to grasp legal matters from several angles, a real asset in managing the ins and outs of a dispute.
She is actively involved in the firm’s ESG litigation Group and Business and Human Rights Group. She regularly assists companies to prevent greenwashing risks associated with advertising campaigns and advises businesses on how to identify and address adverse impacts on human rights and the environment in their operations and supply chains. She has particular experience advising clients on the implementation of sustainable regulations, in particular the French Duty of Vigilance law, assisting them with the design of the plans to identify potential human rights risks.
