Hazel Law is an associate in the Dispute Resolution group of our Hong Kong office.
Hazel acts for both international and local clients in a wide range of commercial litigation, including contractual disputes, product liability cases, cyber fraud recovery, defamation claims, as well as bankruptcy and insolvency matters. She also advises corporates regularly regarding government investigations and regulatory compliance.
Hazel's industry experience spans various sectors, including financial services, automotive, diversified industrials, insurance and technology, media and telecommunications.
Hazel is pursuing a Diploma in Art Law at the Institute of Art and Law and has completed a Certificate in Art History at Sotheby's Institute of Art.

Advising a multinational beverage company in filing a jurisdictional challenge against claims brought against it in misrepresentation, economic torts, breach of contract and unjust enrichment.
Advising the director of a company in matters relating to a multi-jurisdictional investment fraud and the interim relief sought in aid of overseas proceedings under s.21M of the High Court Ordinance.
Defending the holding company for a global fishery business in multi-million dollars debt claims arising out of previous intra-group loans and advances.
Acting for the victim in an email phishing fraud, and successfully obtaining declaratory reliefs and vesting order for recovery of funds.
Acting for a leading motor vehicle manufacturer in defending product liability and personal injuries claims.
