Katharine advises on a wide variety of day-to-day employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious, including employment contracts and policies, executive contract negotiations, disciplinary and grievance processes, investigations, terminations and post-termination restrictions. 

Her contentious practice primarily focuses on the employment tribunal, including complex discrimination and whistleblowing claims, but she also has high court experience relating to the enforcement of post-termination restrictions.

In addition, on the non-contentious side, she advises on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, including TUPE, and co-ordinates multi-jurisdictional aspects of employment advice on corporate transactions and advisory projects.  

Representative experience

Acting for financial institutions in the defence of complex unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and discrimination claims.

Advising on and coordinating an advisory project assessing current practices in over 50 jurisdictions for a multinational client.
