For as long as Roberta Chang can remember, her bedtime reading since law school has been the Internal Revenue Code book or some paper on tax planning.

Roberta is business-minded and truly enjoys navigating through the maze of tax laws. She understands the business and legal complexities of international taxation and helps multinational clients develop sophisticated tax strategies for international operations and transactions.

Roberta works with corporations to develop tax-efficient strategies for their investments into China. She also works with high-net worth families with respect to international tax and estate planning.
